Welcome to Reformer Pilates at Peak Physio!
Small Physiotherapist-led Reformer classes designed for optimal results
Pilates aims to optimise muscle flexibility and strength, contributing to overall posture and balance within the body. Our Reformer classes allow you to find deep muscle engagement so that you leave feeling supple, strong and energised. All of our instructors combine their extensive knowledge of human biomechanics with classic Pilates methods to tailor and modify each movement to your specific goals.
The Reformer
Performing Pilates on a Reformer gives enhanced support to maintain posture and alignment throughout a series of movements while the springs provide subtle resistance to challenge the muscles effectively.

Whether you are looking to manage aches, pains or injury, enhance sporting performance or simply to improve your overall strength and flexibility, our classes are suitable for you. Our instructors are highly qualified in managing pain and injury through the Pilates method with modifications and adjustments specific to your needs. Benefits of Physio-led Reformer Pilates Classes
While practicing pilates is now well known worldwide for its benefits against back pain and for gaining flexibility, not everybody knows yet all the advantages of practicing pilates on a reformer.
The reformer includes a moving carriage that allows a smooth movement for which we can control the resistance depending on the objective of the exercise to reach your goal safely.
It also includes several pieces of material to either support you in your movement or give you resistance to build strength. It has it all!
When you come to Peak Physio reformer studio for a reformer pilates class you are in safe hands. We offer classes of 6 people maximum and you are led by a qualified physiotherapist from the beginning to the end. So if you are unsure of what you are doing, we are here to help you.
After a reformer pilates class, you will feel stronger, more flexible… and after a few classes you will gain proper core strength, enhance your functional movements and reduce your risk of injury in your daily activities.
